The code-mode → ptc rename rewrote Cloudflare's product name in the link text and the external URL path, leaving "PTC mode" pointing at https://blog.cloudflare.com/ptc/ (404). Restore Cloudflare's own name and the working https://blog.cloudflare.com/code-mode/ link in both the English and Chinese notes.
