56a8f7d325 fix(cic): cover release-publish in client-build gate and correct group wording
Address the latest review pass on PR #2798:

- client-build-environment.client.spec.ts: add release-publish.yml to
dshBuildWorkflows so the 'workflow env must not set DSH_CLIENT_*' gate covers
the new dsh publish path (it runs build:official and writes a dsh client
build record). vendor-publish runs only build:lib:host, so it is not added.
- 2026-08-10-npm-release-sequences note (en/zh/i18n): the Release-publish group
is carried by the publish job (job-level concurrency), not the whole
  workflow; corrected the wording.

16affb84fb fix(cic): restore subscription-type gates and note table for split publish
Address the fresh review pass on PR #2798:

- ci-workflow.spec.ts: restore the subscription-type assertions the rewrite had
dropped (issue-lifecycle pull_request types omit ready_for_review and include
  review_requested; pull_request_review types == ['submitted']) alongside the
new step-level gate checks, so the 'tests pin the subscribed events' gate
  holds.
- 2026-08-10-npm-release-sequences note (en/zh/i18n): the three-sequence table's
Workflow column now lists the pack and publish workflows for dsh/vendor, and
line 114 no longer claims release.yml publishes (the dsh pack job packs the
vendored family for verification; release-publish.yml repacks and publishes).

Follow-up for the pack-job copy drift is filed as #2816.

63d9de0eb3 fix(cic): address gray-check PR review - official build, step-level gate, note sync
Address ds-review-bot findings on PR #2798:

- release-publish.yml: use pnpm run build:official (not build) so the dsh
pack step's verifyBuildArtifacts (families.ts:327, readClientBuildRecord with
officialClientBuildEnvironment) finds the official client-build record; build
would fail Pack release tarballs on a clean runner.
- issue-lifecycle.yml: move the previous job-level if to step level on
Create project token and Handle repository event, so approved/commented
reviews pass (job reported success, no gray segment) without minting a
write-capable App token or touching the board — preserving the original
  least-privilege property.
- ci-workflow.spec.ts: lock the step-level gate on the two lifecycle steps, and
  add a release-workflow invariant test (release.yml/vendor are pack-only;
  release-publish.yml/vendor-publish.yml are workflow_dispatch-only with the
npm-publish environment and Release-publish group) to prevent #2797 recurrence.
- Update 2026-08-10-event-directed-pr-review-status and 2026-08-10-npm-release-
sequences notes (en/zh/i18n) to the new split and step-level behavior.

Verification: ci-workflow.spec.ts 14/14, typecheck clean, all five workflows
YAML-parse, verify-translation-pairing consistent, note-format 582.

7b973e27c8 feat(release): reject a module-scope load of an optional dependency
A dependency in optionalDependencies, or a peer carrying
peerDependenciesMeta.<name>.optional, may be absent from an installed
tree — that absence is the whole promise of "optional". A static import
is evaluated when the importing module loads, so one absent package
stops being "this capability is unavailable" and becomes a load failure
for everything that reaches the importing module.

Nothing checked it, and nothing here could: the failure needs an
installed tree missing that package, and a workspace install always has
every package, so the unit tests, the snapshots, and the packed-install
probe all pass while the published package is broken for the consumer
who declined the optional peer.

verify-optional-dependency-imports reads each package's own manifest for
what it allows to be absent, then scans the files that ship across both
compiler faces. Value-versus-type is decided against a bound Program
rather than the import syntax, because verbatimModuleSyntax is off: the
compiler already erases an import whose bindings resolve to types, so a
syntactic rule would report four forms that emit nothing. Only the type
phase erases an import — `import defer` still resolves and links its
module, deferring evaluation alone — which is what phaseModifier
expresses and the deprecated isTypeOnly cannot.

A violation names the package, the declaration that made it optional,
and the way out in order: import it as a type, or restructure so module
scope does not need it. A dynamic import() only moves the failure to
first use, so the gate does not offer it as the remedy.

The gate runs in ci-static and ci-primary through ciSharedStaticGates
and locally in hygiene; it needs no build. TypeScriptProject gained a
face parameter so a repository-wide gate can seed the client aggregate,
which was previously unreachable; the constraint it was built with is
unchanged, a face config and never the root solution.

The tree has no violation today, so this guards the rule rather than
fixing a defect. The spec pins all seven import forms against what tsc
emits, including the four a syntactic rule would misreport.

9fa0575ccc fix(release): print the publish order and the peer edges it drops
The verify step resolved the publish order and said only that it had:
the order a release actually follows, and the ordering it could not
honour, stayed invisible until a publication was already running.

publishOrder now returns that order together with the peer edges it
dropped, verify prints both, and pack reads the order off the plan. The
dropped edges are part of the result rather than a detail of forming it:
the dsh family drops one (dsh-api-remotes -> dsh-api-gateway) and the
vendored family drops two (cordis-plugin-include and
cordis-plugin-loader, which cordis declares as peers in return), and
only whoever reads the log can judge whether a newly dropped edge is
expected.

Because pack runs on every pull request and master push, a change to the
order is now reviewable there rather than observable only at publish
time.

The order is also checked against the edges it exists to honour. A cycle
mixing peer and dependency declarations can put a dependency on the
traversal stack, where it is skipped like a peer edge, emitting a
consumer before something it installs; no later step can detect that,
and it would surface as an unresolvable install for a consumer of the
published packages. No family has that shape today, and the new test
pins the three-package case that would.

8d6f5164ab fix(release): make publication retry, space out, and skip what landed
A landlock publication failed with `E409 Failed to save packument` on the
second of three packages. The registry answers a write it could not commit that
way, and publishing several packages back to back is what provokes it.

Neither publish path could recover. The native sequence published from a shell
loop of bare `npm publish` calls: no retry, and no way to resume, because the
registry rejects a repeat of an existing version permanently — so a failure
partway through left the release stuck. publish.ts skipped versions already
present, which made a re-run safe, but had no retry either.

Both paths now attempt a tarball up to four times, space writes at least two
seconds apart, and back off 2s/4s/8s between attempts. Every retry re-reads the
registry first, because a reported failure can answer a write that landed
anyway: a version that now exists with this tarball's integrity counts as
published rather than as one to place again. That same re-read is what turns a
mid-run `E403 cannot publish over the previously published versions` into a
skip when the bytes match, and leaves it a hard failure when they do not.

The native sequence gets the registry comparison publish.ts already had, through
its own script rather than shared code — the two sequences keep separate
publication paths. Its publish job now checks out the repository, which the
shell loop did not need.

Verified against a scripted registry: a clean publish, one E409 then success, an
E409 whose write landed anyway, E409 on every attempt (fails after four), and a
version already present with matching integrity (publishes nothing).

a213befd0f build(release): publish the vendored framework and the native packages publicly
The three release sequences shipped with publishConfig.access: restricted, so
nothing in the @deepseek-ai scope was installable from outside the organization.

A restricted dependency is what actually blocks a public consumer: every harness
package declares the vendored framework as a peerDependency, and
dsh-sandbox-local declares the Landlock entry as a dependency. Those two
sequences therefore go public first — the nine vendor/* packages and the three
native/landlock-run packages — while the dsh family stays restricted until its
own sequence is opened deliberately. No public package requires a restricted one
in this arrangement.

Access is now per sequence, so no publish path can pass --access: one flag
cannot express two levels and would override the manifest that owns the fact.
publish.ts stops passing it, matching the native workflow, and
check-workspace-constraints holds each manifest to its own sequence's level,
which is what stops the scope from drifting one package at a time.

Harness consumers reference the Landlock entry as workspace:^ instead of
workspace:*, so a published harness package accepts the entry's patch and minor
releases. The entry keeps workspace:* for its platform packages, where the
binary must match the entry version exactly.

Two rationales that named a private registry no longer describe the vendored
sequence; they now state the durable reason, which is that the verification must
not depend on the registry already carrying matching versions.

9840d39ba0 feat(release): rehearse a vendored publication with a prerelease
release:vendor --prerelease rc.1 appends the identifier to the version each
package would take, so a first publication can be thrown away instead of holding
the stable dist-tag: publish already routes any version with a prerelease
segment to --tag next.

A prerelease does not consume its release numbers, so the stable release that
follows takes the same ones rather than skipping a patch. Deciding that needs
semver precedence, which git's version sort does not provide — it places
4.0.1-rc.1 above 4.0.1 — so the newest published version is chosen by comparing
versions here, numeric prerelease fields numerically.

ae75aca776 fix(release): supply the Landlock entry tarball to the packed install
dsh-sandbox-local declares @deepseek-ai/node-addon-landlock-run in
dependencies, not optionalDependencies, so omitting optional dependencies left
npm resolving it from a registry that does not carry it. The dsh pack job now
packs that entry for verification; its own platform packages stay out, being
optional and needing a musl toolchain per architecture.

The verification reads each directory by its contents rather than a pack order
file, because a directory packed only to satisfy a cross-sequence dependency has
no release order to describe.

21db3220d6 fix(release): omit optional dependencies from the packed install
The Landlock platform packages sit behind optionalDependencies, and npm fails
the install on their 404 rather than skipping them: they belong to the native
sequence, whose pack needs a musl toolchain and one build per architecture, so
this job cannot produce them and holds no credentials to fetch them. A consumer
that cannot install them must still start, which is what optional means here.

The release spec also gains block bodies where the lint rule rejects returning a
void expression from an arrow shorthand.

d9dcf5a484 fix(release): close the review findings on the release sequences
The root manifest carries the dsh family version. bump writes it with the
members, because the workspace constraint requires them to match, and that
constraint now accepts a prerelease segment: without both, release:dsh 0.0.2
left the root behind and 0.0.1-rc.1 could satisfy neither check.

The Landlock workflow no longer passes --access public, which overrode the
restricted publishConfig this repository just adopted for those packages.

Vendored change detection reads build inputs when a package publishes build
output, and vendor/cordis publishes the src its export map already pointed at:
its lib/ is untracked, so a real source edit read as 'nothing changed' and the
next publish would fail on a version whose bytes moved. The next version also
takes the last published version as its baseline, so a re-sync that restores a
lower upstream version cannot recompute a version already on the registry, and
bump confirms the registry carries what the newest tag names.

Tag prefixes are constructed rather than recovered from a full tag, which a
hyphenated version defeated. Pack runs group per ref so concurrent pull requests
stop displacing each other, the publish job carries the global group, and the
unused id-token permission is gone.

Every release script sits behind an entry guard, which is what lets the pure
judgements carry tests: tag naming, publish order and cycle reporting, version
arithmetic, payload policy, and the change judgement.

The Agent Note moves to implemented and states what shipped: one probe command,
the registry confirmation that now exists, and byte reproducibility recorded as
assumed rather than measured.
