The persistence seam is now create/open/stat/list returning per-session
SessionHandles (read/append/flush/close); every log read and write flows
through the owning handle. The seam package exports only the service and
handle contracts, consumer-visible errors, and pure durable-data
validation helpers; each backend owns its complete storage runtime, and
the shared contract suites pin equivalent observable behavior. The
backend routes published sessions' live events by id into the active
write handle; agent-loop only acquires, seeds, and closes the handle.
Resume appends interruptedTurnClosers through its write handle;
session-query owns the revision-keyed cold cache. Legacy-only surfaces
are removed in the same swap: locate/readRaw/supportsRawArtifacts, the
legacy event-shape read migration, zstd torn-frame salvage,
DSH_SESSION_JSONL, and hook transcript_path population; a torn final
zstd frame is discarded whole; the session-list cold blank probe returns
on stat metadata (eventCount derived from the last physical row,
sizeBytes). The WebUI ZIP export serializes the logical log from a read
handle, so both backends export identically.
Refs #3245
The 'Test strength' bullet carried assertion strength, external-state
verification, the reliability reference, and the coverage caveat at once.
Splitting the reference into an adjacent entry matches how the orientation
list above names the same skill, and restores 'Test strength' to one subject.
The new entry also names the platform and timeout-budget rules the skill now
carries, so the checklist covers what a reviewer is being pointed at.
Two failure classes the repository paid for are not covered by the isolation,
synchronization, and teardown rules already in the skill.
A value the operating system owns is not guaranteed to return as written. A
test may write one back only where the assertion tolerates that write-back
failing; where the assertion depends on it, the expected value comes from a
fresh read. NTFS truncating a fractional-millisecond mtime and Windows folding
environment variable name case are the two instances seen so far.
A describe or case timeout overrides the runner's --testTimeout rather than
yielding to it, so a value below the lane budget lowers what CI granted, while
the same literal reads as a widening where the host default is smaller. The
hook budget travels with the test budget, and a case asserting a timeout keeps
its outer wait far larger than the timeout under test. Restoring a granted
budget, or sizing a bounded retry to measured contention, is named as distinct
from the masking fixes the skill rejects.
The diagnosis reference gains the platform differences under its platform
class, a classification path for self-hosted pools that expose no host metrics,
and the stopping rule for a signature no available host can reproduce.
Each index route also emits a parent-level alias twin, projected over
the alias route so its relative links stay correct; llms.txt and the
docs now state the drop-trailing-slash convention exactly. Frontmatter
failures name their page, the twin pass refuses to overwrite existing
build files, the dev middleware documents the deliberate in-page
fetch() divergence, and the per-locale collection order moves to one
shared export. Refs #2846.
Append .md to any published route for the page as plain Markdown: the
build emits a raw-Markdown twin of every route (frontmatter dropped,
home bodies kept, images beside pages) plus a manifest-generated
llms.txt, the dev server serves both per request, and the post-build
gate fails when either is missing. Fixes#2846.
Resolutions:
- docs/module-graph.md, docs/config-catalog.md: generated files. Regenerated
with gen-module-graph and gen-config-catalog on the merged tree, then carried
the new package's entries into the Chinese sides and re-recorded both
pairings. Each side now differs from master by exactly the
code-runtime-python rows.
- scripts/verify-package-readme-model-experience.ts, tsconfig.host.json: master
renamed packages/bash -> packages/shell, packages/pty -> packages/terminal,
code-runtime-worker -> code-runtime-worker-thread and agent-tool-mode ->
agent-tool-presentation. Kept master's names and re-added this branch's
code-runtime-python entry.
Adapted the package to conventions master introduced while the branch was open:
version 0.1.0-rc.6 with publishConfig.access "public" (the release-member rule
check-workspace-constraints now enforces), the invariants project reference
moved to packages/runtime-diagnostics/invariants, and the README companion link
retargeted to code-runtime-worker-thread.
Resolutions:
- docs/module-graph.md, docs/config-catalog.md: both are generated files.
Regenerated with gen-module-graph and gen-config-catalog on the merged
tree instead of hand-merging the conflict hunks.
- scripts/verify-package-readme-model-experience.ts: both sides appended
registry entries; kept all four.
Adapted this package to conventions master introduced while the branch was
open: version 0.0.1-rc.1 with publishConfig and repository metadata, the
workspace: protocol for peer dependencies, and the @deepseek-ai/cordis
rescope in package.json and src/invariant.ts.
A CONFLICTING PR gets no pull_request workflow runs, so `gh pr checks`
reports "no checks reported" and the runs API returns total_count 0. That
looks like a dropped GitHub event, and the reflex fixes for one — empty
commits, draft/ready toggles, revert-and-restore bounces — all leave the
count at zero while adding junk history to the branch.
Record the mergeability check as the first diagnostic step, name the
conflict as the cause, and point at `git merge-tree` for the conflicting
paths.
The battery self-exclusion widens from references/ to the whole skill
directory (SKILL.md quotes the same leaked shapes), and the invocation
rules name the owning note's evidence self-hits; natural-language
battery lines gain -i so sentence-initial capitals hit; the actually/
wait false-positive family states that no committed line probes it.
The one test now says resolvability clears only this skill's bar —
current-state surfaces still reject resolvable change stories; the
never-deletion-alone rule is scoped to passages that carry factual
clauses. The first few-shot Fixed example links the real web
input-machine note path. The citations note's Verification exemption
(+zh, pair re-recorded) names the skill's files and the note's own
quoted evidence, making the claim mechanically honest.
SKILL.md carries the resolvability test, the 8-class taxonomy, the
sanctioned-keeps list, and the owner-first fix workflow; references/
carry 24 few-shot calibration blocks (both citation-boundary directions
plus the four overcorrection traps caught in the purge's review rounds)
and the EN+zh recall batteries with their false-positive families.
dsh-doc-standards' inline leakage probes collapse into a link to the
new skill; dsh-prose-standard gains the sibling pointer; the
committed-artifact-citations note (+zh, pair re-recorded) records the
skill as the operational workflow and exempts its calibration examples
from the battery expectation.
Delete design-session citations (decision/audit/plan ordinals, stack
positions), change narration, review choreography, and reviewer-addressed
justification from comments, JSDoc, docs, READMEs, Agent Notes, tests, and
generator templates; restate every affected fact as current-state contract
prose. Fix generated docs at their sources and regenerate the catalogs and
cordis-surface regions; re-paste type-equiv blocks; update every bilingual
counterpart and re-record the pairs. Record the citation rule in the
committed-artifact-citations Agent Note.
ds-review-bot round: slugs now come from RENDERED heading text (links,
inline code, emphasis) with underscores kept and GitHub's occupied-set
repeat suffixes; explicit <a id> anchors register only from real HTML flow
(fences, inline code, and comments no longer produce phantoms); fragment
matching is exact-case since element ids are. anchorCache is exported and
the spec reuses it. The contradicting 'gate checks file existence, not
#anchor validity' sentence in docs/AGENTS.md is gone; the dsh-doc-standards
residual caveat names the real TS-string anchor homes; the 2026-06-18
cross-link note is updated to shipped behavior and cross-linked with the
fragment-gate note.
A corpus sweep under the doc/prose standards found 15 links whose #fragment
named no anchor in its target — reworded headings, one relocated contract
(tool-fs → the group README's no-timeout rule), and zh sides citing English
slugs their Chinese headings never produce. Fixed all 15 (zh sides get the
conventional explicit <a id> + English fragment), fixed the one generator-owned
instance at its source (gen-doc-graphs), and extended verify-md-links to
resolve fragments onto Markdown targets — same-file anchors included — against
heading slugs and explicit <a id>, so the class is gated instead of manually
grepped. Remaining probes (narrated history, duplication shingles, comment
transcripts, budgets) came back clean; sibling-adapter README symmetry and
implemented-note contrasts are deliberate keeps.
core.md doubled as the folder index: its intro claimed "this folder catalogs the data structures" and carried the 38-row page table, wording that predates the one-page-per-subsystem shape where every page also carries its generated Cordis surface. The folder index now lives in docs/subsystems/README.md (page table plus the type-equiv note), and core.md is one subsystem page among siblings: the spine vocabulary. Structural referents move with it: the docs/AGENTS.md tier table and update rule, development.md's type-equiv pointer, the dsh-code-review skill, the two owning catalog Agent Notes, and website/docs.ts (README projects as reference/subsystems/index.md and takes the docs/subsystems folder alias; sidebar orders shift by one). Remaining "data-structure catalog" / "sub-page" phrasing in active notes and READMEs is reworded to subsystem-page terms in both languages; touched pairs re-recorded; translation-prompt snapshot re-recorded (its example embeds development.md).
The folder is becoming the home of one-doc-per-subsystem pages (intro +
data structures + cordis services/events), so the name must describe the
whole contract, not just the type-vocabulary third of it. Mechanical
rename rebuilt on current master: every inbound Markdown link, generator
constant, website route, type-equiv manifest path, and spec expectation
moves together; the zh sides of the notes whose prose names the folder
are aligned (子系统) in the same change; touched bilingual pairs
re-recorded; translation-prompt snapshot re-recorded (its example embeds
development.md). Historical Agent Note slugs keep their dated
filenames.
Review found four real gaps in the image placement this PR introduced.
Link rewriting only needs a target to exist, but publication copies its bytes
onto the site: a reference reaching out of the tree through `../..` or a
symlink would put a build-machine file on a published page. Only a regular
file whose real path stays inside the repository is copied now, and anything
else fails the projection naming the page and the target.
A placed reference kept none of its `?query` or `#fragment`, which the GitHub
branch has always carried and which decides what an SVG view fragment or a
Vite query means. The suffix rides along again, and the file name is
percent-encoded because the destination is a Markdown inline target.
Page outputs and placed images now claim projected paths from one map, so the
"fail loud rather than overwrite" invariant covers a page and an image landing
on one path, not only two images. `docsSourceFiles()` reports placed images, so
replacing a screenshot re-projects under `docs:dev` instead of serving the
previous copy until something touches the page.
The guide said to set `agent-loop`'s `agents` to change the default model,
which does nothing for `dsh web`: that default is `api-gateway`'s, and the
shipped composition leaves `agents` empty. It also promised that a catalog
provider needs only an API key, which is false for Bedrock, Vertex, Azure, and
Codex. Both are corrected.
The projection note and the doc-site skill carried the superseded "a
repository image becomes a raw GitHub URL" rule; both now describe what ships.
