Add bash execution: dsh-bash seam, dsh-bash-local impl, dsh-tool-bash tools Three packages following the new capability-seam pattern (interface / implementation / consumer, now documented in docs/architecture.md): - dsh-bash: abstract BashExecutor service (ctx.bash) + vocabulary types. - dsh-bash-local: local subprocesses — bash -c per call in a detached process group, SIGTERM→SIGKILL group kills, tail-keep truncation with full-stream spill files, model-friendly env, background task registry. - dsh-tool-bash: the bash / bash_output / bash_kill tool schemas with runtime arg validation and background completion notices via agent.inject(). Non-zero exits are reported, not errored. Design surveyed against the bash tools of Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex, and pi (notes in the package READMEs). Permissions/sandbox stay TODO on the tools/execute waterfall seam; stateful-shell alternatives recorded in run.ts.

refactor(process): split the process manager out of the bash executor New process/ capability family: @deepseek-ai/dsh-process owns ctx.processes — abstract ProcessManager.spawn(spec) over a fully-explicit ProcessSpawnSpec — plus the shared DSH_* managed-environment and CollectedOutput vocabulary; @deepseek-ai/dsh-process-local carries the former bash-local run.ts plumbing (detached groups, tail-keep spill-backed output, credential scrub, kill escalation, kill-and-join disposal) with no config of its own. dsh-bash-local becomes a consumer: it keeps command defaulting, the fused deadline timedOut/aborted classification, the model-friendly terminal env (now merged through the ordinary env channel), and the [stderr]-marked background read merge, and spawns through ctx.processes. Background-process lifetime moves to the manager, so an executor reload no longer kills live background work; a background spawn failure is injected once into the read path instead of being buffered as fake stderr. dsh-bash re-exports the moved vocabulary so bash consumers keep one import root; dsh-bash-sandbox only redeclares the inherited inject. Every composition loading a bash executor now loads dsh-process-local (CLI, examples, python bundled runtime, create-sdk bash feature, inline test configs).

feat(timeout): add dsh-timeout and converge bash + web_fetch onto it Timeout timing/classification was re-implemented three ways across the tool-bearing capabilities, with the fusion of timeout+cancel and the timeout-vs-cancel reason recovery being the error-prone parts. Extract that shared half into a zero-dependency @deepseek-ai/dsh-timeout library (clampTimeout/deadline/timeoutOf/TimeoutReason) and leave the non-shareable hard-kill in each capability, per the timeout-library RFC. bash: run() owns the deadline; runBash drops its killTimer and no longer classifies (SpawnSpec/SpawnOutcome lose timeoutMs/timedOut/aborted), so the public timedOut/aborted booleans become mutually-exclusive first-abort classifications. web_fetch: the hand-rolled controller/timer/listener/ signal.reason dance is replaced by provider-owned deadline/timeoutOf, keeping the WEB_FETCH_TIMEOUT / WEB_ABORTED contract. fs stays timeout-free (README states why).
